Gold to consolidate at lower price levels - may fall to $1200
Despite the many factors which have moved precious metals higher, especially gold, we may now be looking at consolidation of gold at lower price levels before it again starts climbing. It may well take several years before we see new highs being made.

The Euro zone crisis remains but now investors are getting used to it as reflected in Friday’s reaction of markets on the S&P downgrades of nine countries. It seems the market has already taken this as a fait accompli.
